Water Softener Repair

If your water softener is broken or leaking we are your local repair specialists. With two full time Service Engineers we offer a timely repair service within a 20 mile radius of Amersham, Bucks (HP6 5LQ). Depending on the age of your machine and availability of spare parts, we can repair most brands of water softener. We will either repair your machine at your home or take it away and repair in our workshop. We thoroughly test all machines before we finish a job, so you can be re-assured that it will be in good working order. All our repairs are guaranteed for 12 months. Should your machine fail within this period, we will make a second visit free of charge.

Water Softener Service

A high quality water softener should last between 15 and 20 years. The higher the quality of your softener, the less attention it will need. But having your water softener serviced around every 5 years will help extend it’s life and keep it working at maximum efficiency.
For lower quality machines, you should expect your machine to last between 5 and 10 years. Cheaper softeners do require more regular servicing.  Some brands need attention every two years, and we can advise you on the service requirements for your softener.
