We are truly independent and can offer advice on a wide range of Water Softener systems from multiple manufacturer’s. This means we will always recommend the softener that is right for you in your home, not just what a manufacturer or supplier want to sell you. Furthermore we are founding members of the Independent Association Of Water Softener Experts, an association committed to offering the best advice and working to the highest standards
Reliable Products
We have been established for over 30 years and have tried and tested many softeners. The products we recommend have all proved themselves to be amongst the most reliable on the market. Some of our products will last for 20 years. We don’t offer the cheapest products that are available online or through Plumbers Merchants, because in our experience these products are often unreliable and repairs can be expensive. All our products come with a minimum 3 year parts & labour warranty, and for some softeners the parts warranty is up to 10 years and the labour warranty is up to 5 years.
Local Service
We only operate within a 20 mile radius of Amersham, Bucks. This is so that we can install your softener in a timely manner, look after your water softener throughout its life, and offer a prompt salt delivery service. We have two service engineers and always respond quickly to customers who require a service or repair to their product. National or regional companies cannot offer the levels of service we are able to deliver. Fair, Friendly, Family business
The business is owned and operated by Simon & Judith Howton, with support from Grant our service engineer, Gareth our installer, Helen our Customer Service Advisor, our two children and Ziggy (our personal fitness trainer). Our aim is to always offer you a fair and friendly service. We understand that you are inviting us into your home and pride ourselves on being courteous at all times. We offer a free home survey, where we will explain the benefits of soft water, advise you on where a softener could be sited and leave you with a no obligation quote.
